The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) is a member of a team executing public relations, social media and/or marketing activities for clients. AAEs work under the supervision of a team leader to prepare client deliverables and support all activities for the client. This position requires someone who is collaborative, detail-oriented, organized and exhibits a degree of autonomy.

The Account Executive (AE) is an experienced PR professional, who helps execute public and social media relations under the supervision of the Account Manager/Director. In addition, the AE supervises the work of the AAE on client teams. Creative, proactive and self-motivated, an AE exhibits project management skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategy that integrates public and social media relations initiatives into overall campaign strategy. 

The Account Manager (AM) will be involved in the development and execution of PR strategy for numerous clients and will manage the account teams that implement those plans. The AM must exhibit interpersonal and client management skills. In addition, the AM should be able to present and articulate ideas clearly and confidently. He or she will facilitate the development of junior staff through professional example and by mentoring and teaching. This position requires someone who is proactive, agile, collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter and exhibits a degree of creativity and autonomy.

Reporting to the VP, the Account Director (AD) will develop and manage PR campaigns for a diverse set of clients, creating and directing day-to-day client activities and expectations. The AD must be able to provide strategy, guidance and direction to clients, as well as account teams on the development, coordination and implementation of client campaigns. He or she will oversee a wide range of media outreach and digital activities and manage a diverse workload. An AD should exhibit an aptitude for effective project management and execution.
